1/15/04 Don’t forget that we need your ‘Lease Renewal Response Sheet’ back by the 20th of January. If we do not receive your response, we will assume that you are not renewing with us. We will begin showing your apartment after the 20th. Don’t forget that by renewing now, you wont be subject to the new rents this fall ! Mark
